Chandos Records are recording Verdi’s Macbeth at Blackheath Halls at the moment, with Edward Gardner OBE conducting the English National Opera Orchestra.

Edward Gardner is Patron of Blackheath Halls Opera and he mentioned how much he had enjoyed ‘our’ Macbeth.
It is great to sit in the office and hear snippets of Macbeth being sung in the Great Hall. Happy memories of a wonderful time in July!
