Our second performance was on a hot summer’s evening and everyone in the audience was using their programmes as fans!
Our chorus made their exits and entrances via the alley way between the Blackheath Halls and The Conservatoire and enjoyed a brief moment of air before returning back under the spotlights. Kate Howden as Isolier and Steven Page as the Tutor are also waiting to make their entrance. Doesn’t Kate look just like a 16 year old boy, although rather poshly dressed! Meanwhile, the semi chorus consisting of Trinity Laban students is in the cafe/bar in their tennis clothes about to make their entrance after having gone off with Count Ory.
As always, performers gathered in our cafe/bar after the performance for a well deserved drink.
It was another successful evening and there are now only very few tickets left for Friday evening and Sunday afternoon.
